When starting the commission I’ll give a set time-frame for when the commission is finished based on complexity of the drawing. After agreement I’ll send an invoice after which you can pay through PayPal. Payment is always done upfront.
After payment I’ll get started with drawing the commission. Across this drawing period I’ll send regular updates. For the commission I’ll do 3 feedback rounds within the sketch phase and 3 feedback rounds within the coloring or rendering phase. This is mostly so that the client is able to give multiple pieces of feedback in one round instead of multiple back and forth messages that might get lost.
Process
Do’s & Dont’s
When it comes to subjects I won’t draw I’m open to a lot. I’m fine with drawing heavier detail (such as mechanical elements or characters), though I might add an increase to the price and time-frame based on said detail.
I also do NSFW work (examples available on my Bluesky), which includes a wide variety of kinks, however there are things I will say no to. If you ask to commission something I’m not comfortable with drawing, I will mention this and politely decline.
Refunds
Full refunds are applicable in the situation that I haven’t started or if I’ve overshot my commission deadline by a month. In the case that the commission takes longer then expected I will notify you beforehand so we can decide on either a prolonging of the deadline or a refund.
In any other scenario a full refund doesn’t apply and you will instead be refunded part of the commission which hasn’t been made yet minus half of what I’m still working on.
For example: You buy a rendered piece (140 euros) and you refund it after I’ve completed the sketch (40 euros) and while I’m working on the rendering (100) you decide to refund; I will refund you 50 euros.
